I began my real estate career over 20 years ago working alongside Pat Puckridge and Donna Prinz. Throughout that time, I’ve worn many hats, but my most rewarding role has been serving as a Transaction Coordinator. Since becoming licensed in North Carolina in 2013, I’ve taken pride in helping clients smoothly navigate closings and move confidently into the next chapter of their lives.

Clients are often introduced to me as their “new best friend,” and I take that role to heart. My goal is to support both the client and the agent every step of the way, ensuring that all details are handled with care and precision. I want agents to feel confident that while they’re focused on other priorities, I am working diligently behind the scenes on their behalf.

Clear, consistent communication is the foundation of my work. I make it a priority to answer calls, texts, and emails promptly, keeping everyone informed and aligned throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy crocheting and spending quality time with my family.

I’m Jacob King, a Western North Carolina local who has called the Asheville area home for more than 24 years. After graduating from NC State University in 2018, I built my career in property management and real estate, gaining hands-on experience in the many details that make a transaction successful.

As a Transaction Coordinator, I pride myself on being detail-oriented, organized, and professional. My focus is ensuring every step of the process is handled with care and accuracy so that agents and clients can move confidently toward closing. My goal is to provide reliable support, clear communication, and a seamless experience from contract to close.
